Are you interested in incorporating herbs into your health and wellness, but don't know where to start? Wondering which herbs to use to enhance your immune system? What herbs can be used for prevention?

There are so many choices that it can be mind boggling, especially  if you are just beginning. Since time immortal people have used herbs for food and medicine. What has not been taught is buried in one generation, but The good news is you can reawaken your ancestral memories of the healing herbs!

During an herbal consult Janice will assist you in awakening the deep memories of the wild herbs growing abundantly. When you once again develop a relationship with the plants, your body will begin to tell you what you need. You will be supported in your intuitive knowledge!

Herbal consults last at least one hour. First you will answer some health his/herstory  questions, discuss immediate concerns, and then together we will create an individualized herbal plan  to support your wellness.

More often than not, your herbal plan will include remedies that support your body's innate healing system rather than masking symptoms.

Herbs deeply nourish and replenish as the body learns to change physiological courses to bring the body back to balance.

We are blessed to live in the northern temperate region where right outside our back door most of the bioregional herbs are bountiful and ready to be of service.
